This was an excellent novel about the dynamics of friendship and motherhood in the face of a tragic event. Three lifelong best friends must deal with the aftermath of a devastating incident their three sons who are also best friends. One friend has lost her son. One friend’s son is in a coma. And the final friend’s is suffering from PTSD and will not speak of what happened that fateful night. Will these mother/friends know what happened that fateful night? Will these mother/friends be able to repair their relationships with each other? I hope other readers will be engrossed with this story as much as I was!

I greatly enjoyed this book. I was not able to predict the ending. Though the main characters were not very likeable, the story was interesting. This was a reverse murder mystery where you know in the beginning that there is a death but the story fluctuates between present and past to reveal what happens.

Will try to get back in this book later. Right now, not holding my interest
