The concept of this book was good as Millennials will be leading organizations in the future. However, this book did not a deliver, for me at least, a strong solution on how millennials should proceed to become the leaders they aspire to be. This book tended to repeat the concepts that are important to millennials but no solid solutions on how to get them to leadership positions in organizations that still have hierarchical structures.

Thank you to Morgan J. Muir, the publisher, and Netgalley for an ARC of this book. Very quick read. Would be a good book to read for adults and children after the loss of a beloved pet.
