Everything about this was too simplistic and predictable. It made it incredibly boring to read. The MC is another of those perfect, pretty, and adorable shou who I hesitate to call naive, all things considered, but it's clear if the author could get away with making him naive, they would've. The ML pretty much instantly falls in love with him and their relationship is already squared away before the apocalypse even starts. From there, everything gets terribly, boringly predictable. The MC's storage space is, of course, ridiculously huge and can store pretty much all the supplies, cars, and fuel they want, as well as having plenty of space to farm what seems to be infinite amounts of crops and a significant amount of livestock. The ML is, of course, OP. Acquired teammates are instantly super helpful and instantly loyal. A child is acquired. A cat is acquired. The army loves them because they're so helpful. I'm not sure this author actually understands how walls or vehicles work. Everything they need or want falls into their lap very handily and everyone who is not on their side is incredibly stupid and easy to deal with.
By the time one of the MC's teammates swapped bodies with the bloody cat, because apparently even their cat has superpowers, I was so bored out of my mind that I was literally looking for anything else I could read. 

 This was my second attempt to read this book and I can firmly say this one is just not working for me. I cannot understand how this story could possibly be 200 some chapters. Well, okay, I can, because it's dragging on FOREVER but there is literally no conflict in it. Ming Yu was a supermodel at the pinnacle of the world before he was paralyzed and then died, transmigrating into the body of a 16 year old Ming Yu from an alternate universe essentially. He decides to once more become the best supermodel ever and I don't even know why because I would be bored out of my mind with how easily everything happens for him. He is the most perfect model ever and every photographer he meets absolutely loves him and no one compares to him except his ML, who--in the 115 chapters I actually read covering a span of, I think, almost a year--never seems to actually model but is still somehow, the #1 supermodel in the whole wide world. The two goals Ming Yu establishes for himself from the start, 1) become the best supermodel and 2) ruin the dead!Ming Yu's scum not-boyfriend Cheng Su, don't even really seem to be goals. They're inevitabilities. He's rising up from the bottom, sure, and the novel wants me to believe he's working hard at his rise up and not taking the easy way out (which true, he does have an easier option than what he's doing) but also, it's hard to believe that anything is actually difficult for him because he's just so perfect and capable. It's just... boring. Even his supposed flaws, like being a shit terrible actor and can't cook are things that make him endearing and oh, there's this one specific role that a director needs him for and if he can't do it, the role won't exist because he's the most perfect person for it.
It's blowing my mind that an author who wrote something as creative, thoughtful, and fascinating as The Earth is Online somehow churned this never ending snoozefest out. I didn't outright hate this book. There's nothing in it that made me want to throw it at a wall or rage about, but I am annoyed at how much it felt like a slog because you're just rinsing and repeating the exact same scenarios over and over again, just with different people, and I did not expect that I was going to spend most of my time lamenting over picking it up again. 

I just got really bored with it.  I might go back because I can't think of anything actually bothersome about it and I was interested in the mystery of just what was going on with the MC but it wasn't holding my attention.

 It was alright at first, though still very much a cute-MC-who-can-only-sell-cute story which I usually end up DNF'ing anyway just because I get so bored with them. Also there's something incredibly bothersome about the childish MC and usually the ML falling in love with them either in a form that is... really odd or really creepy. This one wasn't quite as bad as most of them and I was, at points, genuinely entertained by the MC's insistence that he was a super tough guy and that the ML was his wife and he needed to get taller so that he could raise him better. On the con side, again, the MC was mostly there to sell cute. He was both a super genius but also really, really naive and childish. He was, of course, perfect at literally everything he attempted, blowing everyone out of the water, and the ML was only 20 but somehow, even though he hadn't even graduated yet, living on his own, insanely rich even after being cut off by his family, and had an elite group of super secret special agent types working for him that were even better than anything the royal family could offer him. Still, it was entertaining and I was mostly having a good time until about 80 chapters in when the story suddenly switched tracks entirely, dropping the entire original supporting cast, all original plot threads and abilities that were being developed, and suddenly became a post-apocalypse farming novel. I would hope it was eventually going to go back to it's original plot although the how of it was beyond me unless they introduced some ridiculous deus ex machina (I would not actually put it beyond this story tho) and I wasn't here for it. So I'm done here. Not the worst cute-pet-MC novel out there but yet another on the absolute mountain of them that I have DNF'd 

 Dnf'd in volume 3 because I'm just done. Vol 1 was fun though literally none of the characters really acted their age except the original protagonist. Vol 2 is where my difficulties with this story started because the ML is somewhere around 14-15 and the MC is 19-20. The ML starts doing a hella lot of dubcon and noncon shit, which eventually culminates in him literally threatening/attempting to murder him to force the MC to be romantically involved with him.
Then in vol 3, both of our characters are finally adults and our steel straight MC agrees to be in a relationship with the ML and they have sex. The MC is in literal pain and bleeding for most of it and it just isn't fun. I'm disappointed and over trying to force myself through this. It's not worth it.
