Book 2 in the Honeywood series did not disappoint. This book was laugh-out-loud funny and the tension and banter between Landon and Quinn is palpable and the fake dating was put together so well and in the best way.
I loved the second chance romance aspect of it and getting to see their past figured out was a great side plot.

I loved listening to this audiobook and hearing more about Hannah's story and the background of her life and the behind the scenes info she gave.
Learning more about her was interesting and the TEA. So good.

This was the perfect dystopian read, while also a bit terrifying because it could very much happen in real life. The audio was compelling and the story was so realistic, seeing it all unfold was completely believable. Nothing was super outlandish to me and I enjoyed seeing the struggle the characters went through and the things they had to come up with to survive.
The different sides of struggles everyone experienced made the story more interesting. From the typical "peppers" to people completely unprepared and not knowing what to do. Overall, this was an almost too realistic read and insight into what could happen if anyone went through a water crisis.

This series had in a chokehold starting with this book. Olivia perfectly introduces us to the world of Honeywood Emory and Lorelei. The amusement park setting was SO CUTE and the chemistry between the two MC's was palpable and believable. Emory's internal struggles and guilt came through so well and Lorelei's struggle and fear and anxiety were all done so well. Olivia weaved in everything in a way that draws you in and she perfectly sets up the couples for the next few books with little hints here and there.
I really enjoyed this novel! I loved the literal 'over the fence' aspect and the overall storyline and growth of the characters.
The fake dating and the forced proximity were SO fun and so well done. It was a little cheesy at times but not overwhelmingly so and a few terms that were used were slightly cringy, but that's a me problem. However, Rell and Jansen's chemistry was so believable and their connection from the beginning was perfect. I loved the unique influencer FMC and seeing her overall arc.
Thank you Holly for the ARC!

This book. I'm not even sure where to start. This was a whirlwind from beginning to end and I never knew where it was going to go. I listened to the audio and I loved the full cast. I also really enjoyed the element of the overall narrator bringing the story together.
The mystery element had me pacing at the end just wondering who was killed and who killed them and then all the other twists came through, it was absolutely insane.
The ONLY reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the time jumping could get confusing at times and a bit overwhelming.
