Little Women is a charming book with much to love about it. The tales of the March sisters are both hilarious and touching and I really enjoyed my journey with them. I loved that Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy all had qualities that I could relate to but that none of them were perfect either. They all had to learn their lessons in very different ways under the guidance of their beloved Marmee. This was the perfect read for this time of year as it is such a lovely book to cosy up with on an Autumn evening. There were a few things here or there that I wanted to go a different way for the characters but all in all this is a lovely, charming story of women, friendship and love.

3.5 stars

I enjoyed this book and liked the concept of it. I liked Ellery and Malcolm as our two POVs and the mystery of Echo Ridge as a location - I loved its creepiness! That being said, I guessed pretty early on who the killer was and it wasn't as twisty and turny as her debut. (Maybe my expectations were ridiculously high though). I also thought it was quite slow paced. Still a great read and THE LAST LINE sent a shiver down my spine!
