As someone who has read this series avidly since the first book, I was thrilled to discover this book would delve into Erika’s former life and the loss of her husband and colleagues - it certainly did not disappoint! Plenty of mystery, betrayal and emotional moments with lots of familiar faces along the way. I love these books!

Wow! After a slightly slow start being plunged into Elias’ (lack of) feelings, this book had me gripped. I was simultaneously fascinated and disgusted at the concept of Traumaland and as the layers of the story came away I could not quite. Relieve where we ended up. Dystopian-esque views of trauma treatment with a huge Black Mirror vibe. I’ll be thinking about this one for a while!
