Not much to say just a fun vibes only book. This is one of the first times a random book from audible plus was a standalone and actually felt like a completed story! Really enjoyed the writing style so I didn't even mind how quick it went.

 What can I even say about this? Ali Hazelwood only writes masterpieces. This ticked so many boxes of things I love in my books, it was so much fun to read. Loved the characters and the story. The ending did feel quick, but I actually liked it a lot because it kept me fully invested the whole way through. 

Dear lord I devoured this book. The beginning was so fucking good and suddenly I was already over halfway through the book! And ofcourse a nice tense ending so I'm ignoring my tbr again to continue this series... 

 It's got me sucked in, I was hesitant but like it's actually really good. I think the writing still feels a bit high school but at this point I've accepted that's just the vibes for this series lol. 

 So I finally went ahead and read this book, it has been recommended soooo many times and it keeps popping up everywhere I look when I'm trying to find books with tropes I like... And I liked it, but I'm also a little worried.

One of the MMCs has already done something unforgivable, so curious to see how that plays out.

The writing is not the best, it feels very high school, I was really expecting a more intense well written story but instead it feels very cute trying to be edgy.

I feel like this is going to be one of those "pretending to be slow burn" books while actually just jumping from 0 to 100 when the time comes.

However, despite all of that, the actual story that's being told is amazing! I just wish it was delivered a bit better. But seeing that the rest of the series are all 500+ pages, I'm hoping the writing will improve. 

Went into this knowing literally nothing about it, just a random book I found on Audible plus, and I was pleasantly surprised! Overall the story was fun and the characters were decently written. I just wasn't that impressed with some plot points and how it was handled. Overall fun tropes though.

Sooo fun! I went into this with 0 expectations and it was amazing. I love going into books mostly blind and it was amazing to figure things out as I went through the book. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and a little silly book to just chill and make you feel happy. It wasn't a slowburn really, but I loved the pacing and it felt the opposite of insta love, which was amazing.

 Wow that was absolutely amazing! Such an amazing audio experience, the full cast was so good. I was completely engrossed in the story and it was so creepy and mysterious, I could not get enough. Highly recommend it!

So the beginning was a bit rough, and I feel like I just hate all FMCs written by Freida McFadden, but overall the story was really creepy and entertaining. This book was really good for making sure you did not know what was going on and all your guesses being wrong at the end.

I liked the writing and story overall but it did not really impress me too much. I think the book is a bit overhyped which makes you go in with much higher expectations, so that probably made it feel a bit more disappointing than it would've felt just picking this book up normally.
