This is probably one of my favorite books that I have read in the last year. Angie Thomas wrote an absolutely wonderful and complex book about police violence, BLM, and so much more. I will be recommending this book to everyone in my life.

I enjoyed the vast majority of this book, but I thought the ending was a bit week. Perhaps the sequels will redeem the ending for me. Perhaps not.
