Not as good as the first one. A lot of lore drop so I can see why people might lose interest especially if they read other Colette Rhodes books. This one isn't as spicy as some of her other books but I find this to be a good intro into RH which is out of my comfort zone usually.

Bullet is so sweet and lovable. I definitely missed having more of Riots point of view I wonder how this will go from here.

Loved this. Riot was so unintentionally funny I really enjoyed him the magic system in the world is easy to follow.

I didn't want it to end.
Jean has my entire heart on his healing journey.
Jeremy can suck it though. I fell out of love with him in this book. He just doesn't get it.

I have a theory about this and hope the third book comes out soon. Otherwise I'll be rereading the entire series whenever I get the chance.
