I loved this novella and all the perspectives we got to see in it. It was amazing as always to be back with the Fallen Men and to see all the characters again.

I absolutely fell in love with this novel and especially Hunter Hansen. To see the chemistry between Hunter and Charlotte was amazing and I loved to read about their experiences.

I really enjoyed this novel and the mystery of finding out who is the Assasin and who is the prince. I liked the relationships between the character and how the story developed. I am really looking forward to continuing with the story.

I had quite high expectations for this novel seeing that I love the Nevernight Chronicles and let me say Jay Kristoff absolutely delivered with this novel. I loved Gabriel de Léon as the main character and at times I felt like he was my spirit animal with his sarcasm. I really enjoyed the concept of the story and how it was split into parts. After that ending I am very intrigued to see what is still going to happen.

I really enjoyed this addition to the Whiskey Run cosmos. It was interesting to get a deeper insight into the Ghost team and to meet the people there. I liked the chemistry between Walker and Brooklyn and I liked how the story played out.

I really enjoyed the concept and the writing style of the novel. The LGBTQ+ representation was awesome and I really enjoyed my reading experience. However, I would have liked more character development, as well as a bit fewer time, jumps because at some times it was quite hard to understand where we are now and what happened in between.

I really enjoyed this novella and to be fair I was not sure about it at the beginning because I am not very keen on horror but I really enjoyed it in this format.

I liked the premise of the story and how it came together and it was definitely intressting to see the story progress and I was on the edge waiting for the next thing to happen.

With this novella, Lilith Roman definitely has developed into an auto-buy author for me.

Ich fand diese Buch sehr schön und die Liebesgeschichte war wunderschön erzählt. Es war toll, die Charaktere aus den anderen Büchern der Autorin wieder zu treffen und ich mochte die Geschichte von Jane und Ivy sehr.

I really enjoyed this story and especially the characters. I loved the LGBTQ+ representation within this novel and that we got to see all the characters from the previous books again.

I just love this story very much and every time I reread it it is a bit like going back home and meeting old friends again.

This was a very heart wrenching and important read and while it shows how far we have come in this world but also how far we still have to go.
