I am not sure how I can write a review for this and rate it objectively. The book evoked a lot of nostalgia for me and I loved to get an inside into the Cullen's life. It was very interesting to see the dynamic within the family and especially Alice and Edwards's friendship. However I had also quite a lot of problems with this book, firstly it definitely glorifies stalking someone and I was not a huge fan of that. Furthermore, I had the feeling that Carlise was established as this God-like figure who could do no wrong and the world. I think the point that irritated me most was the comparison between Edward and Bella to Hades and Persephone because that is definitely not something I see.
Overall I enjoyed my reading experiences for the feelings I got from reading it, but I was not a huge fan of the novel itself.

I basically bought this book and read it in an hour. I absolutely loved the story. Genesis has been raised by her uncle Otis since she was a little child and once they go on a road trip through Canda. I loved everything about this novel, it was such a good portrayal of chemistry between characters. I found Genesis a very interesting and well-rounded character as even though she is just eighteen she knew what she wanted and was not shy about it.
As with every Seven Rue book, I am amazed by her writing and her ideas for her stories.
I am already looking forward to the novelette about these characters and cannot wait to see them again.

I really loved this novel. It is very taboo in some scenes but it portrays life beautifully.
I love every one of Seven's books and I think every new book I read from her is my new favorite until the next one comes out.
I found the characters where fantastic because they had very clear distinct personalities that are shown through their speech and also their actions. Echo was an incredible main character because despite being mute and having been put down her entire life by her stepfather, she finds the strength to leave and try to carve a new life for her self.
The sex scenes were absolutely amazing and I loved how much they emphasized safe sex.
Despite its length, I flew through this novel and I cannot wait for what Seven will write next.

I really liked this novella from Fiona Davenport, I liked the chemistry between the main character and how they got together.
I really liked this novella and how the main characters met. I liked how the conflict came up and was resolved and that also the mystery around Delia's mother was solved.
I really liked this novella because I took another approach to an arranged marriage. I liked how the relationship between the main characters changed over the course of their marriage.
I really liked this novella because it chronicles quite an unusually start of a love story.
I think this is my favorite novella in this series because Garret is a complete Alpha Male and I really enjoyed reading his and Keaton's story.
As always with Fiona Davenport, it was a really nice read and the story even though it is quite short, was filled with a lot of detail. I liked how the characters knew each other before starting the relationship and how they both fit so well together.
If I could give this book more than five stars than I definitely would because it is one of the best books that I have read this year.
I went into it, with quite high expectations because I have loved every one of Seven Rue's books before and this was definitely no different but it still showed a very different side.
This book tells the story of Redley and Ledger, who are both from the south-side of Chicago. Ledger is the half-brother of Redley's father and is a lot older than her but they have not seen each other in 8 years at the beginning of the novel. The novel does not only tell the wonderful, love story of Redley and Ledger but it also follows Redley's best fried Kitt, and her sister Liz.
I absolutely fell in love with all the characters portrayed in this book, ok maybe not Dorothy and Ellie but I understood their purpose for the story. While the relationship between Redley and Ledger is definitely at the center of the story, it had so many important topics that were discussed in such a fantastic and deep way.
I cannot wait for everything else that Seven Rue will write in the future and I definitely want Kitt's novel next.
