I really loved this fantasy novel, it has such an interesting world-building and concept behind it. I found it very graphic at times but I get that this is part of the story and it was better through it. I am looking forward to what will happen next, and hopefully read the second book soon.

I liked the installment and how it has a bit more of a back story there. Also, the ending was really sweet and a bit different from the rest of the series.

This was definitely a miss for me. I did not read this series when it was so hyped but decided to give it a try. It was just not my type of story because I am not the hugest fan of dystopian and because I have already been spoiled for the ending, I while not continue with the series.

I was not the hugest fan of this novel. I enjoyed some of the scenes within it but overall it fell a bit flat for me.

I liked the concept of the story and the world it was set in. However, I felt that the world-building fall a bit flat and there was more to discover there. The same goes for the story, it was really interesting and I was shocked by the twist in the end but I was sometimes confused about which character we were following now but that could be a problem from the audiobook. Overall I think it was a solid debut and I would pick up a different book by this author.

I really did not like this novel. It was really really fast just to slow down unnecessarily in the end and throw a wretch in the relationship in the end.

I liked this installment in the Witcher series way more than the two short stories collections before it. I loved to see the interaction between Ciri and Geralt and because of this missing at the end of the book, I cannot give it a full five stars. I am definitely interested to see where the series goes.

I was not the hugest fan of this story. I liked how the main characters got together but I did not get the storyline with the brother and it was never really resolved, so I was quite annoyed by it.
