It was a fun distraction with a relatable story arc which I enjoyed.
This was a really interesting thought experiment that painted quite a harrowing picture.
I did not really like this story as there were a few plot points that were either completely unnecessary or not thought out at all.
It was ok but especially the ending fell flat for me because it did not really fell like a sound resolution.
This was definitely not the book for me, which could be the case because I went into it expecting something completely different. I adore Lucinda Riley's Seven Sister series but this book just did not hit the right spot for me. I went into it no knowing that it is a mystery and a thriller and it was all to over the top for me. The worst thing for me was the epilogue, the book could have definitely done without it.
This collection was quite a mixed bag for me, seeing that I loved some of the stories and loathed some others. Overall I am very glad I finally read it. I read it partially via audiobook, which definitely helped to get through it.
I really liked this collection and had a fun time reading them.
I loved this novel, it was so fun and entertaining and had so many morally grey characters. One was immediately sucked into the story and fully immersed by it. I cannot wait to read the sequel and see where the story goes.
I did not really like this book, the way how a grandparent was treated did just not sit well with me.
