I quite enjoyed the second part of this trilogy. I like the world-building and the relationships that were portrayed.
I enjoyed this YA novel and I find it great that Becky Albertalli writes about a character that discovers her sexuality later in life. Since I am still not quite sure what to label myself it spoke to me on a very personal level.
I liked the concept of the story but I found the characters to unlikeable for me to fully connect with the story.
I think this is one of my favorite novellas in the New York Nighthawks series. I really enjoyed the story line and the characters.
This novel has definitely a lot of taboo elements but I still enjoyed my reading experience. I liked the discussions about mental health and the normalization of therapy and meditation.
