Mmh, this has some good reflections in it, however I did not really get what I wanted from this. Perhaps this felt a little too detached for me. I love her podcast so much though! Those feel much more personal and help me relate and reflect more than this book did.

I felt the writing was a bit too flowery, a more concise style would have worked better for the message that was being conveyed. Nonetheless a very interesting read and an all around good story that had me hooked.
