This is terribly harrowing, dealing with the Gwanju uprising of 1980 and shows what people are capable of.
Writing insufferable characters to make an enjoyable read is an art, and here it didn’t work out for our main character. This was only annoying throughout and far over the top.
This was a super cozy read and all around lovely!
