What a refreshing read. With deep characters and amazing writing Megan has made one of the best books I’ve read all year. I had the amazing chance to ARC Read Like Home and I am not joking. I could not put it down. I love everything about this book plus size representation? check ✅ she doesn’t hate herself either and she doesn’t “fix it” as a plot device. I love that. Summer is so much me and she made me love myself a little bit more. This book has quickly become one I escape to when everything sucks annd I think it could be that for anyone who reads it. Megan has secured her spot on my favorite author list, what anwriting debut, I can’t wait to see what else she has inside her anmazing head. Everyone needs to read this cozy small town romance. I’m off to wait for my print copy to arrive.

I loved every character in this book! Juniper is so relatable as someone who is both an eldest daughter and a persephone devotee. Oz is everything a girl could want in a man. You want to push him away? That’s too bad, he is still here, whenever you’re done being stubborn about it. This was a really good ARC for me and Elle Lavendelle has been added to my must read list. If you are looking for a cozy, witchy, rivals to lovers romance full of self discovery, sisterly love, and everything an eldest daughter needs to hear, this book is for you.
