I actually thought this was a sequel and the same characters from the holly inbox stories just of course set several years later. It isn’t and it is its own story with its own characters and I found it enjoyable. I laughed out loud with the humming candles and sent that part to a friend of mine for her to laugh at too. 

I love bob mortimer. I did not love this book.
