A lovely social-emotional learning book with beautiful illustrations.

Llewellyn bottles up his feelings until he struggles to feel anything at all, but realizes that suppressing your feelings isn't sustainable and he begins to feel his emotions more complexly. The illustrations and colors do a wonderful job visualizing feelings and how they manifest inside you.
