I didn't finish this one. pathetic writing.

This book is so awful that there are no words to describe how disgusting and revolting it is. Didn't finish it. Hated every page.

Decently written, but the grown-up versions of all my fave HP characters are ruined. bleh.

I hate this book. I couldn't even finish it. It was depressing and horrid. Awful stuff. The writing is good, it's just the story is full of terrible icky things that scared me. Not enjoyable at all. Some of the stuff gave me nightmares.

A pretty awful beginning, and I kept waiting for it to get better, but it didn't, so I gave up around page 100. It starts with a girl being basically raped by her stepfather and then being sold as a slave to be a prostitute in the big city. Not exactly light reading. I'm so disappointed b/c I really loved Richard Adams' writing in "Watership Down." bleh.
