This book has one of the prettiest proses I've ever read, and it's so tender despite the angst. A masterpiece in historical gay coming of age, perfect for fans of Maurice.

I cried for the whole first 40% of this book, I love them so much it hurts. It was also a great crossover between all the stories since every couple except for Charlie and Moth were part of plot. I can’t wait for Cat’s book and to see all of them going to the monster world. Now I just have to figure out what to do with this intense urge to get multiple body piercings.

Kinning every and any half Japanese character I come across is real.

When you're reading this book, but you've read Prince of the Sorrows and knows not to trust a character named Taran (Tarron).
