You should definitely read the first 2 books in the series before this one. Its a good extension to the series but felt a bit small, like a novella instead of a full deep story. Romantic and tragic and passionate and painful - All the feelings of life's struggle

A lovely romance novel, that takes place mostly on a fictional Scottish island - that in in itself becomes a character in the book.

I think you definitely need to read the first book in the series "the cafe by the sea" to better follow this one.

I loved the continuation of the story. I didn't find it predictable and loved to see the characters evolve and new storylines layered in. An excellent romance series

A dark, retelling of the beauty and the beast, based on the lands of humans and fairies. Throughout the book I couldn't help but think that the fairytale is maybe romanticizing Stockholm Syndrome?

Very cute romance, a bit predictable, but charmingly so. I was looking for a nice easy romance novel and got just what I was looking for.

I wanted to love this book but didn't - historical fiction mystery with a touch of magic, but there wasn't enough of any of those things to get me into it...

She's crazy, but I like it. Maybe even crazy enough to work. I'm looking forward to cleansing and getting rid of my way-too-many things, (and of course surrounding myself only with the things that bring me joy).

Amber Ruffin and Lacey Lamar combine laughter, bluntness and an artful storytelling ability to convey Lacey's experience in an unforgettable way. Thank you for sharing your stories.
