It was entertaining, but not as fun as I had anticipated.
This was an interesting mix of a Noir Dashell Hammet novel and The Ghost and Mrs. Muir. I enjoyed the quirky-ness of it, even though the murderer was far too obvious halfway through the book.
the ending was a little transparant, and I got a trifle annoyed with the main character being a font of knowledge and wisdom on occasion, and completely clueless in others. Overall, it was a short, enjoyable read.
