Interesting to learn about Dolly and how her career/life is an example of feminism and pro-working class and poor women. Quick read and reads  like an essay in the way Smarsh talks about parallel experiences in her family members’ lives. 

Really liked this - was interesting and made me more cognizant of breathing patterns. I like how his experience in the study was one part of the storytelling and the other was discussing other studies and historical evidence. 

Meh biased and lots of generalizations without any actionable takeaways. 

I liked the different perspectives and the character flaws as a core to the story and themes. Had me think of inner child work. 

Entertaining but also feels a bit oversimplified for the sake of it being a romantic novel

Really enjoyed this, the characters, mystery, themes, etc. 

Interesting and inspiring. A bit cliche writing at times and I wish there was more discussed about the systemic forces at play that allow toxic workplace cultures/behaviors to occur. However I admire her bravery and endurance.
