Such a great ending to the series! Although now I wish he would continue Maddie's story!

Loved this. Beautiful historical fiction on the London blitz.

Okay... I had higher hopes for this since it was a Modern Mrs Darcy summer reading pick, but I didn't love it.

Great book but I agree with some of the critique, it seems like everything that could go wrong does and there were many times I wanted to smack Lavinia. She gets so close to happiness just to do something stupid. I did really enjoy the characters and was invested enough for years at the end. It is a long sad journey but the ending was satisfying.
