12/5/24 reread: Fascinating on a reread to see just how many details about upcoming plot points and characters were sprinkled throughout this one, yet perfectly balanced between not overwhelming you with random info but leaving Easter eggs and foreshadowing if you’re paying attention. Love my beautiful big Kihrin. So dumb, so smart. So traumatized, so brave. Love my boy Teraeth. Sassy King. Sexy King. Also a mess but hides it wayyyy better. Rooting for themmm (and Janel). 

I didn’t actually dislike this; it was fun. My main issue is that this l, for me, needed to have either more plot or less lol. Like it needs to be PWP or PNP, not like one scene of P and a bunch of kind of rushed/not super well executed plot..
