Really enjoyed this, reminded me a little of Bechdel’s are you my mother

This was so charming and delightful! Unionizing servant staff, an adorable and oblivious faerie lord, a righteously angry and generous maid who does beautiful embroidery—nothing not to love here. Super fun regency type romance with a sprinkle of magic.

Yeah it was cheesy and super dramatic, but I cried and suspended my disbelief and enjoyed taking a moment to wonder at the world and think about how beautiful and powerful love is and like, yeah! This books gets it! It was gorgeous and hopeful and heartbreaking and absurd and human!

I genuinely just had so much fun reading this??? Absolutely hilarious and charming, and I loved the arc of the first volume & the character dynamics.
