Content warnings for suicide and loss of child.  While it might seem obvious as this is a book that deals with death and morality, these are two specific scenarios that were brought up that may be triggering to some individuals so wanted to point out.  The content of this book is heavy.  While I struggled in the beginning to get into it, by the end there were moments where I found myself crying or holding back tears.  There are very few people that I think would have been in a position to write this type of book and I will be forever grateful that one of those people, the author of this book, took the time to do so.  As someone who has been struggling with death and morality recently, reading this book definitely helped me feel, at the least, a sense of community, in that these are things many of us struggle with.  There were moments in the book that I struggled to get through, but overall I would recommend.

This collection was tough for me to get through, but I think that's because of a reading slump.  The collection was definitely interesting and memorable in that every poem has the same title.  But there were ones that I know will stick with me for quite some time.

I received an ARC from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.  This is such an adorable book!  I'm really excited to see the rest in the series.  I love that while the main character is Sikh, the book doesn't focus on Jeet having to explain his identity, we get to see him experience things many kids experience.  He just also happens to be Sikh.  If you're looking for a beginner reader book, this is a really adorable story.  The illustrations are also really cute!

The way that I am IN LOVE with this team. I actually need more books like asap. I want Jade & Ash together. I want Declan, Jack, & Everly’s stories too. I need it all. I really loved Tyler and Piper’s story. I love all the relationships and dynamics. The hockey team of big brothers was so freaking precious I can’t remember the last time I had this much seratonin. 

Okay I really loved this one. Leo is precious. There were times that Scarlett really annoyed me, especially the way she kept insisting that she was a total hot mess. But I absolutely melted when Leo said "she's my most important teammate." MELTED. Overall really loved this one and am diving straight into the next. 

This was an okay book.  Elizabeth and Gil are both alright characters, but not super memorable.  I'm usually  not a fan of books where the couple is kind of already together, although in this case it being a secret relationship did make it fun.  But I wish the story included the relationship from the beginning, not six months in.

A short but feel good novella following Loki who has recently been given his own castle/clan.  Lots of orphans/found family vibes, especially right around the holidays.  Very Christmas miracle but it was fun!

I really love Bethia and Donnan.  Two misfits, who find comfort with each other.  It was really sweet.  I hated anytime someone tried to hurt them.  This was probably also the couple in the series that I felt most protective of.

I really like Kyla and Finlay.  It was nice that Kyla wasn't a damsel in distress but she also didn't fall into the "not like other girls" trope, which I hate.  She just was a strong and caring girl who wanted to make things better in her own way.  She and Finlay are adorable together.  I kind of love that Finlay's star quality is his humor, and not just that he's a really strong dude.  Something other than just being a warrior.

Sorcha and Cailean are probably some of my favorites out of the kids in the Clan Grant/Ramsay saga.  Think bodyguard trope, but in the highlands.  This was super fun!  As always I love any time Logan and Gwenyth are involved but Logan being the over protective dad not ready to let go was kind of adorable.
