I loved the story between Liam and Isabel. Even the remaining seven of Wolvesley are all wonderful. While I had an idea of what some of the secrets might be, it was still heartbreaking to read. Definitely check the content warnings.

This was a sweet novella. Isla has a rough life and James is adorable. They both support each other through loss and grief. I probably could have read a full story about them both.

This series just kept getting better. I was kind of waiting for some great big conflict or villain in Alec and Katie’s story but it was just a really lovely read. Nothing crazy dramatic or insane and yet I still absolutely loved it. Henry is adorable. Maddie and Alexander are precious. I love Elle. And I love Malcolm. Somehow this story was everything I wanted. So satisfying!

This series keeps getting better! I adore Maggie and Iain. And all supporting characters honestly. This might be one of my favorite highland series, and I’m sad I’m almost done with it.

I’m obsessed. I think Lachlan and Mari might by my favorite couple in this series so far. They’re just so cute and the chemistry was perfect. I only wish I also knew what happened with Utrid and Elesbeth. This series is slower paced than other series I’ve read but each time the author sucks me into the story. Im never bored and fully invested in so many of the characters, not just the MCs. Can’t wait for the rest of this series!

I love Ada and Jamie. This was such a sweet romance. The only downside was that the things that annoyed me about Anice still annoyed me and I wanted better for Torren. The bit in the epilogue that mentioned everyone was a bit disappointing in that regard. I’m also really curious about where this series will go next! So far I’ve really enjoyed this authors writing. Content warning they this book referenced the torture and related scars often.

Ooof. I had a take a few deep breaths before writing this review. In the beginning I was sure I would really like Anice and Gregor. I think my first problem if the pacing of the book because the end felt so rushed and unsatisfying. By the end of the book I was annoyed with Anice, and neutral about Gregor at best. There were either too many subplots or not enough development given to each. I really wish I could have been happier about Anice and Gregor when the boob did end, but actually I’m Team Torren, and he deserved better!!!

Unfortunately, despite this man being physically violent towards her in the beginning, I wasn’t mad about it. I probably definitely should have been, but I guess it’s different when you’re in a bubble knowing there’s a HEA. All this to say content warning for physical abuse/domestic abuse. Also this book was slower paced than most of the ones I’ve read recently but I still really enjoyed it! Also really excited that Serena found her love!

This was a really cute novella, and I’m glad it’s included since the previous books in the series hinted at Rory’s position in the clan. He and Cristane are adorable together and the inclusion of st. Valentine’s feast/traditions was so cute!

The romance between Conrad and Cait was heartbreaking but also sweet. The relationship between the original members is also so sweet. Overall the political plot feels a bit rushed across the series but that might just be because I didn’t register exactly how much time was going by between each book.
