This is more like a novella and it was all right. For a little over 100 pages there was very little about the stalker plot and the friends to lover shift happened early on in the book so everything after that started to drag after a bit. It was hard to get invested in either MC or their relationship together. I think the writing also wasn’t for me.

This is a cool book covering a few different forms of fortune telling. It was much more detailed than I expected it to be. It should be noted that these are primarily European forms of fortune telling. Some of these methods might be used in other cultures as well, but the information/history provided definitely feels Euro centric.

I read through this collection pretty quickly, having put it down for a few days after having read the preface. Once I started reading the actual poems I practically sped through. Overall I enjoyed the collection, there were a few that stood out to me but the nature section had me wanting to retire to a cottage in the country side and become a hermit myself.

I really liked Henry and Siobhan’s story. It was sweet and relaxing. Not overly dramatic. I didn’t expect the last few chapters to jump ahead so much but I’m glad they did. It was a sweet ending to the whole series.

This was a pretty quick read but in a lot of ways the plot felt rushed or not properly explored. Nothing seemed to really happen except suddenly they were in love and then suddenly they were married. There was like one chapter of actual turmoil or consideration around the major conflict of the book. And neither MC was particularly memorable for me.

I really liked Henry and Hannah’s story. I’m a bit annoyed that the story actually begins in the last chapters of the previous book, it makes the books not feel like actual standalones. Henry was the sweetest protector and the way he fell in love with Hannah and was basically the last to realize was adorable. I’m excited to see what happens with our remaining two rogues but this book was an enjoyable read.

This was an alright read overall. It started out decent but the last quarter of the book felt rushed and the characters annoying. I was looking forward to Hannah and Henry’s book next but the end of this book also kind of rushed into that one. It feels like in some ways it’s also ruined the next book.

The last of the Kendrick brothers, Kade finally ties the knot. I expected to see a lot more of the various members of Clan Kendrick but that wasn’t the case. Overall I liked Kade and Charlie together. The pacing felt a little slow and again I’m not sure why this last book in the series was suddenly fade to black. It was an okay read but not my favorite in the series.

This is probably one of the better books in this series. I really loved Braden and Samantha’s stories. Although there were definitely some very triggering plot lines and I recommend checking the content warnings before deciding this book is for you. Also this is the only book in the series so far that is faze to black and I was a bit disappointed about that lol.

I was really looking forward to Grant’s book and this did not disappoint. I loved how the romance between Grant and Kathleen had a bit of stumbling through some awkward first flirtations. It was cute and reading as Grant opened up and became more flirtatious made those moments all the more romantic. Jeannie was a bit annoying, she reminded me of Lydia from Pride and Prejudice but overall I really enjoyed the story.
