Another winner from Katee. I loved both main characters and the dual pov and narration. There was a few pronunciation things that changed from book one but I think that was the narrators choice. But overall loved the story. Mauves pelt felt a little too easy but still great overall and can't wait for book 3

Really fun second book. Enjoyed the progression of the story and like that we follow the same characters and meet a few new ones

Really enjoyed this one. I like that it wasn't as spice heavy as the first one and while they tie together the connections are subtle enough that they could be read as standalones. I wish it was more clear if lore was actually cursed or not and what is his actual name

Was this even necessary? I don't feel like this added anything to the story line. This felt like a money grab to pull people back into the world rather than an actual addition to the story
