Pointless story and like 9 pages.

The crew back together and.having to go overseas to stop a way gets the government asking some big questions. Great political intrigue issues.

Between a 3 and 4. Basically a rift on things like My Hero where heroes are born into our world to protect us. When these aliens come to invade they stop them. Except we find out the truth and a regular cop gets the power of one of the strongest villains of all time. While feels a little iffy pacing wise and haven't gotten fully attached to anyone, the overall plot and art are really solid. Will read more.

Great art. Boringish story. But the last few issues got me excited for Superman's very own sinister six...I mean four.

A solid followup to the last issue. Answering the question of why war.is needed and who's responsible for most of it. I really enjoyed that part of it.

This will not be for everyone. A lot of the dialogue is pretty fucked up, mostly cause this is an adult manga artist and so it revolves around sexual things. And in Japan, a lot of Hentai/Porn caters towards the rape category. This artist in the series particularly likes to draw those type of scenes, so her daily conversations include ideas of that, which might trigger some people who don't like to hear that word just tossed around so nonchalant.

However, I did appreciate the honesty of that style of artist. It's not everyday get a story focusing on adult entertainment and a writer to boot who lives in that world. I really enjoyed the cutesy art and then transforms to sexy for sex scenes. I also thought the main lead was entertaining, a bit crazy, but never boring.

Not for everyone, but a cool look into the adult entertainment business. Will check out volume 2.

This is now the third Omnibus I read of Michelinie's work on Spider-Man, and you know what? It's still solid.

The first Omnibus had him teaming up with superstar Todd Mcfarlen, and that was before spawn. But even then you can see the greatness of the art coming through. Michelinie also had to keep the black suit but get rid of it and make it compelling, introducing our favorite crazy villain, VENOM! Since then the series has kept different villains coming through with venom (and in this volume, carnage) as a highlight of Michelinie's very long run.

This volume in particular introduces us to Carnage, who is by far some of the most fun we have in this series. Carnage and Venom are super weird, and sound very horny 90% of the time, which is scary and funny. I also loved venom and spidy forcing themselves to team up to take him down.

The rest of the series is mostly Peter dealing with everyday life and trying to balance his marriage with MJ. A new plot point is his parents return (FROM THE DEAD!?) and that is the weakest part of the whole series.

The backup stories are usually really good and give depth to Peter, Jonah, Harry and more. And the art? Well it's Mark, and he is top 3 spidy artist for me. His work here is great, and even better in Ultimate Spider-Man.

Overall this is very safe, but usually always atleast enjoyable run and I think this part is stronger than his run with Erik Larson, but not as fun as Todd. A 3.5 but I'll bump it to a 4.

This one felt a little weaker. Maybe cause didn't care for the start of the story that much. The background on a certain character didn't really vibe with me. Saying that when we got back to the dino stuff I enjoyed it a lot. I like how they incorporate the idea of needing social media to keep people interested in Dinos and such like twitter and Facebook. Overall still looks great too, so always enjoyable. A 3.5 out of 5.

Cool to see so many team ups. Hilarious to see Speedball dissing on Spidy.

Things heat up as the darkness takes over more and more, even getting Rage. Everyone is in trouble now.
