Wow this was a nice surprise. Dark, multiple transformers die while also some human casualties. I'm down for more of this.
I read this years ago, still holds up.
Basically it's a story told by Everett Ross, he's kind of more goofy and silly version of his MCU Counterpart but he makes storytelling really fun. I also really liked how Black Panther looks and feels here. Badass but also smart. And this volume is pretty funny, especially when Black Panther meets a certain demon. Again, storytelling wise it can be a bit confusing how Priest tells his stories, very non-linear but still have to say it's solid fun time!

Okay this was pretty fucking epic. Supes and Batman and a bunch of their friends face off against the main baddie in a big epic brawl where Batman and Superman have to use their smarts to win. Some great stuff here.
Transformers keeps up being a great time. Optimus learning how fragile things are on earth is heartbreaking, on top of some nice build up on the villains, and a sad ending. I want more.
Christopher Priest is held in high regard for his Black Panther run. I personally loved his Slade run for Rebirth and overall I enjoy a lot of his stuff.
Black Panther starts off solid with a 5 part series with great art and Black Panther himself dealing with his country's issues but also dealing with the devil trying to betray him while the United States is trying to figure this out and send people after him. It's a ton of fun, great art, and really shows Black Panther in a cool way.
Sadly after that the series continue to get worse. Him facing off against Kraven is almost comical, he should wash the floor with him but doesn't. Then he has to deal wit betrayal from his country and his people, which back then might have been new and fresh but these days feels like we've been there done that. Killmonger is a interesting character, sadly one of the only interesting ones to get a storyline and then...well no spoilers, but it's not fun for him.
You have Black Panther's cast that really never grow and most kind of are annoying to be honest. There is a fun thing with Queen, one of Black Panther's crew, who hangs out with HUlk and that's pretty great but the rest of the cast can go off a cliff, they're boring or unfunny and freaking annoying.
Overall, we got some so/so arcs here or there but the deadpool crossover is HORRIBLE and the later stories go into blah. THe art gets worse and worse as it goes on and never reaches the heights of the first arc sadly.
Overall a major disappointment after first arc or two and honestly not worth the time in my opinion. A 1.5 out of 5.

A fun slice of life type spidy Omnibus with the Sinister Six being the big appeal. When David Michelinie is writing and Erik Larsen is on art, it's a pretty solid fun series. When it's just Erik Larsen writing and drawing...not so much. A 3 out of 5.
A deeper look into acting actually worked in this series favor. Learning how these reality tv shows work and how our main hero is trying to find the killer still but getting closer to the cast he does the show with is better than I thought it was. Saving a girl from suicide makes a pretty powerful volume and this series continues to surprise me.
Still Hilarious as ever with some great moments. The sister love is somehow not creepy but just over the top silly and the love story coming out at the end is obvious turn of events but still excited to see what's coming.
I'll be honest this is a pretty horrible Omnibus. For sure the worst Moon Knight Omnibus out.
Basically Terry Kavanagh takes everything interesting about Moon Knight and does nothing with it. This is generic over the top superhero flare without any heart and retconning perfectly well done deaths in favor of 90's action hero garbage. On top of all that Terry over writes every single issue. It's almost like he got paid per word, and for our reading pleasure, it makes for a very rough and boring read. Everyone talks so robotic, so lifeless, that you can't help but wonder why Terry is writing this or how he got the job.
The art would range from good to awful, and honestly none of it save a few really cool covers worked for me. The omnibus ends decent enough with Doug returning for two minis but it's not enough to save this slog of a read.
