Another great volume.

The first half is everyone going to a theme park. Well all the guys, and they have to bring dates. It's actually fucking hysterical at points, especially when a certain "doll" shows up. The second half is a bit more serious with a great underwater section with a bunch of sharks, really looks amazing. Overall a fun volume.

Wow. It starts off strong with a simple story about a bridge. Both touching, and funny. Then we get to the golden city arc (Not sure if it's the real name, it's what I call it) and man oh man. Demons in this are truly....horrifying. But this slow burn, creepy at times, sad at others, arc is one of the best in the entire series. I love where we're going in this one.

A decent volume, the King stuff was fun but the cat stuff not as much. I think the funny part of this series isn't as funny as it used to be, so means less interesting for me. Overall decent.

Wow...do yourself a favor and read the much better novel. Even better go and watch the movie, Edge of Tomorrow. SO much better than this. This was badly drawn, badly paced, badly written. Not worth your time. Wasted mine.

Re-read 2023: Reading again with my friend, going through the same volumes he is. Still great. This one is pretty funny actually and watching my little dude diss a super strong demon is fun. Tokito just a funny mofo. Overall a solid fun volume, while not my fave, still holds up.

Demon Slayer continues to impress as we get our youngest Hashira, Muichiro Tokito, biggest fight yet.

Interesting enough we tell Tokito's story through flashbacks but not in the typical sense. It also helps this fight that Tokito is pretty brutal with the disses. Him slandering and making fun of the demon he's fighting keeps this big brawl interesting. On flip side we have Genya and Tanjiro still dealing with their multiple spawning demon seed. But luckily we have Mitsuri Kanroji come in and show her "love" powers.

This is a pretty damn fun volume. While this fight isn't mindblowing like the last arc it's still fast paced and fun. The art goes from good to FANTASTIC at times. I also think seeing all our characters fighting together against this demons is always fun.

This is a fun solid arc at around 4 out of 5 here.

Really dark ending in ways. Fucked up family, sexual frustrated, and weird. But also couldn't stop reading.

Well this is it.

I say goodbye to one of my favorite mangas in years.

This volume picks up right where it left all. All the demon slayer corps (that are alive) are going head to head with Muzan. The extreme desperation to pin Muzan down till the sun comes up is so "on the edge of your seat" fighting that I was holding my breath. Every time one of the characters jumped into the fray with Muzan I winced because their limbs were getting slashed open, eyes ripped out, arms blown off. It was so scary and so well done I just couldn't get enough.

Then the last few chapters deal with the aftermath. And it's a somber experience with a "goodbye" and focused on "life and death" and how we view living and dying. I truly loved it, a sad, yet happy way to end a great series. Some might not like the ending but I did, but the final fight is the highlight and I can't WAIT to see it animated.

Demon Slayer will easily go down as one of my favorite animes/manga ever and I will revisit it every few years without a doubt. The characters, fights, and emotions really hit me hard.

Reading this reminds me of Grendel but with a slightly better editor lol. Basically it contains all the intrigue Wagner builds here, dark characters, in a dark twisted world but doesn't feel so prose and over the top dialogue. Just normal people trying to hunt down a killer after these girls are kidnapped. Overall really dug it, Sandman is a interesting character, and I'll be reading more from this series.

Little bit weaker than volume 1. Basically Max is stuck in a timeline where Chloe and Rachel are alive and well. But she feels stuck and trapped and meets a emo guy who people can't see since he can go invisible. It's a decent story and the moments with Max and Chloe or Rachel are easily the best parts. The stuff with the new guy is okay and the ending is a bit too cheesy for me. But overall a solid volume.

Demon Slayer is firing on all cylinders in this volume.

With the elite demon showing her face Tanjiro tries to make a final stand but Demon Slayer is known to be pretty fair, and even if you have the famous anime "never give up" doesn't mean you will. ON top of that we have a higher upper rank Demon Slayer on the move, who will he save first? Can he save anyone? Big battles continue here, high stakes, and lots of carnage.

This is hands down one of my favorite mangas right now. The fights here are so well drawn I felt like I was watching it in action. Also, holy shit, how amazing is this new demon? Scary and a challenge. The heroes won't give up but that doesn't mean they won't lose people. The comedy still sprinkles in here and there and it's funny as can be.

It's gonna be tough waiting for volume 11...A 5 out of 5.
