Another really solid issue. This one focusing on Damien wants and needs in life while also dealing with his mom. It's hard to see his mom in a decent light after all the HORRIBLE shit she's done but this was enjoyable to see Damien's growth. A 4 out of 5.
A solid but kind of silly team up with Joker and Lex that ends in a fun way. I also liked the intro to the next arc, Batman saying "Call Superman" when seeing Lincoln VS a Dino got a laugh out of me.
Looks great, pacing is quick, but the story itself is waaaaaay too wacky for me. I don't love the magic of this arc but we'll see how it goes.
Artwork is over the top and goofy, and not my jam, batmite especially is annoying but there's some lolz to be had.
Void Rivals keeps up the excitement. While not as "Live and work together or die" this time around I loved the villain chasing them. Super badass ninja/samurai guy but this time we have a Transformer fighting off against him. Both epic and badass at the same time. The ending also leaves me going "OHHHHH" I want to know more. Overall really enjoy this as a companion to the current transformer series but also it's own thing. A 4 out of 5.
A cute story but lacking the character development I was hoping for.
I am not a crossdresser or Trans person so I can't comment on how this series does it justice or doesn't, but I felt it did do it well enough and didn't seem offensive. I also enjoyed it touched on liking someone for who they are, instead of a "gender" which is a nice way to look at how we do fall for people. Overall the characters were lacking, and while it was funny both main leads were both boys but one was falling for the other, I didn't get attached overall to anyone by the end of volume 1.
But for being different, and lighthearted and fun, it's a easy fun read. A 3 out of 5.

This is more of a real life documentary in comic form than a "Alien" story.
But in reality a husband and wife did encounter aliens. Or so they said. This story isn't creepy or weird, but more of a husband and wife dealing with this secret, and it getting exposed to the world. I enjoyed the insight into what they thought they say, the Aliens were done different here than most media, and I enjoyed the two leads. But it felt kind of like just reading a article online verses a comic book story.

Great art OKAY story.
Basically the end of the world is happening for these kitties. They get overturned in a animal control van, and all the animals in this forest they get lost in are rabbies infected. Basically a zombie story with cats, and it's pretty brutal and scary but also these characters don't feel much like anything. But to be honest, zombie stories save a few (Walking Dead) rarely make me care about characters. Overall decent, different, and great art but okay story/plot.

This was def the funniest volume while also exploring Asa's mental issues super well.
It's basically one big saving, fighting, insane as fuck volume. But even Nayuta get's a moment that made me lolz. She's adorbs here, as is Danji as he fights back against everything. Brutal, body horror, and some laugh out loud moments.

Less creepy, more thriller in this installment. Things get hasty as they have to someone plant the evidence on someone else. We see what might happened when you go to Red Status and SHIT is it dark. One thing that sucks is it doesn't look like we're getting a volume 3? I see no proof we will be getting it, so that makes me sad. Good stuff otherwise.
