Okay the FBI agent quickly became a favorite. The ending? Let's go!
The killer strikes again? Maybe some help for Michael? Two more issues to wrap this up!
A okay tie in
The whole event was just okay. But this mostly gets to showcase why the group Moon Knight picked out was good.

Okay this was a great tie in issue. Marc running towards Tigra and her doing the same was amazing and perfect timing. Good stuff.
Two tales, neither I expected.
First one about a girl who's life through school changes when her best friend starts dating. She feels jaded, and wronged, and is sexually assaulted (maybe twice?) and learns who she is and what she's capable of. Not sure if this is the author's story herself, as it feels very autobiography. But overall a solid tale.
The second is about a boy who hates where he lives and that his sister is dating a guy he likes but also hates. And when the guy goes missing he goes in search of a mermaid to rescue him. Sounds weird? It is, but somehow touching.
Overall around a 3.5 but I'll bump it to a 4 for the art alone.

This volume was even funnier than the first.
The ant chapter in particular is so off the walls, and one of the best ending drops ever. I was laughing so hard when reading that ending. On top of that the other one with her little cousin coming to visit was so cringy it made my face hurt from cringe, but I loved it.
This is really such a funny manga with such a dumbass but somehow loveable main lead.

Every once in awhile I'll review books I'm reading to my daughter. This series is a cute one she's really enjoying.
My daughter is about to turn 5. I feel like 4-8 years old is the main target for this series. But maybe 3 or a bit older.
This one is about Fly Guy, a fly who's best friend is Buzz, a blond headed laid back kid. And Fly Guy goes off one day and eats the wrong garbage and becomes HUGE. Basically it's like honey I shrunk the kids but the opposite effect.
This story in particular was solid, not as funny as some of the other in the series I read so much but the art as always is solid. A fun, short, book to read to the kids.

This was probably my favorite one from this series so far. My daughter got a good laugh out of this one too. Basically Fly Guy, a pet fly, is listening to a story from Buzz, his owner/friend, about a magical Fly Guy in a fantasy setting. So basically a story within a story, really cute, and really funny. Especially Fly Guy's reactions to some of the story beats.
I'll be honest I didn't think I'd like this.
I mean I like Clamp and most of this stuff. But the anime of Cardcaptor Sakura was pushed heavily when I was a kid for girls, verses something like Digimon around the same time. However I figured I'd give it a go since got the first hardcover edition for 10 bucks.
This was cute, funny, and the art was beautiful. Basically have our main character Sakura and her partner, a yellow looking stuffed animal, help her capture cards that become alive. Usually elemental based, so like a water goddess, wind, ect. The fights are fun enough but the highlight of this series is Sakura and her cast. From her meanie brother, to the big crush she has on her brother's friend, to her best friend being adorable dress maker, it's all fun. I think I liked this way more than I expect, but most who want a laid back fun magical series, I think this is one of the best I've read.

Gotta be honest, plot wise I felt last few issues been lackluster. Saying that, Barda naked beating up a bunch of naked guys is funny as hell. A 3 out of 5.
