This is quickly becoming one of my favorite manga's now.
Inori and Tsukasa push together to make it further. Inori quickly showing her skills and quick learning to prevail through the odds. Though Inori started late she's still able to catch up if she tries her hardest. Meow girl also gets to shine with some good backstory to understand her ways and why she acts the way she does.
I don't know SHIT about ice skating but I can't help but keep reading.

Nice jump back to quality.
Basically Lloyd and Anya are on a cruise enjoying father/daughter time. Yor is on a secret mission to project a gangsta's wife and child. But in doing so a bunch of assassin's come on board the cruise with them. So Yor has to make sure Lloyd and Anya don't find out she's on there while also saving this lady and her kid and fighting.
This is the most brutal volume yet with some really fucked up fights and deaths. I love seeing Yor in action, so this was great. Also a few funny bits too which I enjoyed.
This manga is always enjoyable tbh.

Was a decent end to the arc. Some fun moments and a cute ending but nothing special. Rex just isn't that interesting to me.
Good stuff. Ends the last arc in a satisfying way while starting a new one. This time we have basically exams for new assassins and it makes for a really entertaining and funny arc. I loved the new girl Akira and hope we get more of her in the future.
This one gets pretty dark.
Basically a girl finds this little squishy alien who promises to bring happiness to her. This thing is learning about the human race and they are...not what he expected but he keeps trying. Time traveling, death, suicide, abuse, and much more. This is def for mature audience only, and while I did enjoy it, I would say it can be a bit jarring and hard to follow if don't pay attention. A 3.5 out of 5.

The cruise ship story ends a little lackluster, but luckily we pick up with an adorable day together with the family. It's cute, and everything I love about spy x family. We then dive into smaller stories, one with Bond our favorite doggie that's also adorable and fun as he rescues a puppy from a fire with Loid! I also really dug the becky story, very funny and cute.
Overall another great volume.
Overall another great volume.
Psycho teenager looks at me and wants to kill them to bring him joy. But that plot point is soon dropped to a boy who's in a very horny class with a lot of horny teenagers dealing with the horny life and a gigantic girl. So all wins?
Overall fun, cute, and charming even if we were a little dicey at first.

We got back one of his balls!
This series stays consistently over the top crazy fun that I can't get enough. The fights are getting better and better, the humor is working in it's favor now. There's also a chapter in here that broke my heart. It was so sad, and done VERY well, and it was somehow jarring but not too jarring at the same time with the tonal shift. Dandadan remains entertaining and silly while also sometimes being emotional. A 4 out of 5.

What makes a romance story work is the characters. There's only SO many stories you can tell in romance/slice of life. However, if you can create characters who we care about and love, that's what matters more than anything.
Luckily our author here knows what she's doing. We follow Futaba, a character who goes from middle school to high school. The story starts in middle school and it's cute love blossoming turned to sadness, and a rebirth at high school. Futaba tries to be someone she is not fully, but too afraid to really be her true self. However, when she decides to break out of her own skin and prove herself, things get messy, especially when the love of her life enters her life again a very different man.
Well crafted, some good humor, and realistic dialogue makes this a charming reading experience. While the plot itself isn't reinventing the wheel, the characters and their goals and dreams and drama is what might make this one I'll read to the end. Grabbing volume 2 and 3 from the library as we speak!

Some really funny moments, booster is a complete fucking idiot. However, the plot seems to be lost on what it wants to do. Nothing is really happening.
