Even better than issue one. Cass and crew head into a game world, which sounds dumb, but turns out to be really fun and a bit more touching than I expected.

A great ending to the first arc. I love the reunion and the ending got me hyped to next arc.

Iori gets almost trapped by Sakurako who tries to make her move simply because she finds out he has money. First coming with the idiot friends of Iori but then she spends some alone time with him and the other girls. It's actually pretty well handled, some sweet and tender moments, mixed with the usually hijinx and fun. As always a beautiful looking book too that's a pleasure to read.

A great ending to Warren's story, a solid opening for Miller. Miller basically brings the Avengers, but screwed up shitty versions of them to the universe of Authority where they try to take care of them. The Authority don't bow to anyone though and strike back hard. Good stuff all around.

This is shaping up to be one of my favorite comics of the year. While issue one had a great foundation this set things in motion ways I didn't expect but love. A time skip, a talking purple elephant with a bow and arrow, and some fucked up witch stuff, I am 100% in.

This felt a bit of filler put in here. A lot of waiting around places and planning their next step. It was refreshing to see our hero hurt and she couldn't just recover right away. However, Cutter is a lethal bitch and she is not fucking around, which leads us to an exciting last issue. It seems a big showdown will happen and I'm not sure who's going to make it but I'm in.

Saga makes it's return and it's glorious.

Dealing with a promise of getting a loved one back makes two character make some very interesting choices on what they do for their future. A mom trying to just keep her kids safe and get them out of dodge. A killer trying to find happiness and another who wants revenge. All of this comes to a stunning clash, death surrounds us all, and a ending that leaves us with a bit of hope.

This is why I read Saga and why it'll always be one of the greatest of all time.

The side stories are whatever but the main Earth Inferno storyline is actually pretty fun.

Basically a Dr. Manhattan level villain is about to be unleashed for one Hour and the Authority have to somehow hold him off. This leads to some great visual fights, both brutal and epic in scope, with a lot of fun moments. Sadly some moments are ripped down by Millar's shitty ass juvenile humor but overall this was a pretty fun volume.

Don't know how I feel about the Retcon but overall another fun issue. I can see this being a fun 4 part mini in the future for readers.

Really solid first issue. Rick Remender lets the art speak for his story but you can feel his tone and message. I'm worried about our main character but we all know it's about to get worse.
