Authority truly takes Big scale and Big characters and puts them to the test, coming out with something very exciting and lovely to watch/read.
Warren Ellis Stormwatch was a decent series though not as good as I had hoped. He took everything he had there that did work and fixed almost all his mistakes. Basically Jenny Sparks is ready to headline a team to protect earth but also create a, well, authority over it. Showcasing how strong this team is, this feels like the Avengers/Justice League we know and love, but a lot more brutal, and getting shit done.
From the first arc of simple protect people from a huge group of clones, to then fighting an invading multiverse, to surviving against alien gods, this book hits all the right notes. Excellent art, fun characters, intriguing story, well worth checking out. Around a 4.5 out of 5, I'll bump it to a 5.

A fun nightmare-fuel adventure of Bruce trying to survive against Insomnia and his plans to show all the horrible things in Bruce's life mixed with over the top twisted monster designs. Fun times.
A okay issue. Again the imagery and all that is fantastic but the story itself, feels like we've been down this road before many times.
Somewhere between a 3 and 4. It's cute, fun, but also insanely fast paced at times and hard to really get a feeling on the characters. But I do like the tender moments and the friendship storyline was really well done. Art is solid too. I'll pick up more for sure when on sale.
Excellent first issue. Great art, tone, and Barda and Cass relationship is fucking ADORABLE. Give me more.
Liked this volume a ton, it was actually really funny at points.
The way the manga explains how comedy show and competitions work is really well done. Volume 1 had a few chuckle moments but this one legit made me laugh out loud at a few parts. The humor is growing but also the battle between different duos continues to get more interesting and I also really love the art, but expect no less from the creator of death note.
This is a must read!

It's a nice opening for the new arc and sets things up, but lacking in the excitement just a bit.
Daredevil, Vol. 14: The Devil, Inside and Out, Vol. 1
Ed Brubaker, Stefano Gaudiano, Frank D'Armata
Brubaker's opening is fantastic. bendis put Daredevil in Prison but brubaker has to deal with that consequence.
And it somehow works. Yes they do wrap it up semi-fast in one arc to get him out but the arc is intense and shows a side of Matt that's even darker than before. Willing to push himself, and scare everyone, he will get out and exact revenge for a crime and Punisher is along side with him in this epic, oz-like episode of Daredevil. You don't want to miss this one.

Solid start of a arc. Going after Moon Knights peeps is never a good idea.
While it got a little overcrowded and some moments a bit to cliche, it still had a ton of heart.
I really loved the ending, it wasn't only cute, but it had such a wholesome moment, and you can tell these characters really feel for each other. Really care. I also enjoyed the story this time around, and the acting thing almost being taboo for a lot of people is a interesting route to go.
