None of these runs are hitting homeruns for me. Especially currently reading Brubaker's, everyone else feels fluffy or overly written, this one in the later. The art however is solid and really cool, wish the writing was as strong.

Probably the best volume in the series so far since it covers the cutest moments.

First Gojo and the lovely Marin want to do a new photoshoot and Marin books a love motel room. It's cute and to work at first but turns into a horny situation and is extra fun and spicey. Then we get a festival because, it's manga, but well done. And the ending...awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

A 5 out of 5.

Holy shit, the title fits this volume well.

This is a relentless attack on Catwoman and her people. Black Mask hates Catwoman for steeling from him so he teams up with a old childhood friend of Salina and together they take Catwoman down. But not just her, but her entire cast of characters, using them, torturing them, killing them, and leaving Salina to try and fix it all. On top of that get 3 issues after that arc with all the characters trying to pick up the pieces to their lives, and of course it isn't going well.

This is emotional, brutal, and excellent all at once. The art though in the 3 issues at the end is really jarring and way weaker than the previous issues.

Still a 4.5 out of 5, pushing it to a 5 out of 5.

It's an okay ending. A nice show of who Superman should be but wrapped up WAY too quick.

A real solid second to last issue. Suoerboy growing up and being a hero is great as well as the excellent art. Overall real good stuff here.

A moody, dark, and intriguing start. I enjoyed the direction, and I'm more inclined to go with this tone over the last run.

A strong character work arc with a weaker overall "villain" story going on.

Basically Salina is taking Holly across the country to try and find something for her. While she's doing that, she also trains Holly with the help of a friend. On this trip Salina also gets into a stick up, helps Captain Cold, and deals with ancient Egyptians who try to kill her and turn into dust when they get defeated. It's a weird one, more fun than previous volumes, and the character work with Holly and Salina is great but the villains? Very weak.

Sora takes center stage this volume and makes it work real well.

Sora is having a issue. She likes to run a path but she's very close to being blind. And someone is throwing stuff in her path and she can't see it till she hits into it. Making it frustrating to do something she loves. This gets pretty dark at points, but a turn of events on the reasons why people do what they do is pretty interesting. Still, even in a serious volume, we do get points of levity that will make you laugh. This is a very very very enjoyable manga with a great cast of characters.

I'm surprised at the low ratings for this one.

It's not as strong as the last few volumes but still a bleak and screwed up life our poor lead is going through. Now dealing with ready to take his own life but things change as he gets a phone call about his mother. Reuniting with her but not her being the same, is a great twist, and a fucked up ending makes me think we got a couple more volumes of figuring out how you deal with the past.
