A big let down from first volume. Things begin to move WAY to quick. The teams are getting complicated for no reason. Doesn't feel like it's following any plot worth reading. Art is alright.
Pretty great stuff. When McFarlane jumped on Spidy the art was fresh as hell. On top of that we get a husband and wife (peter and mj) living in the big city enjoying life. Some cool marriage issues and moments mixed with the birth of venom. All good stuff even with some cheesy dialogue.
Spider-Man is trying to find MJ after she's been kidnapped. Some intense moments with MJ and her kidnapper while Peter slowly snaps while trying to find her eventually leading to a one on one with Task Master. The art is once again great and solid storytelling.
A 3.5. Not as thrilling as last issue but MJ basically fucking shit up was pretty awesome.
A rooster fights gigantic monsters to find one who did him wrong in the past.
It's amazing.
Go buy it.

More impressive growth for Wally as he makes some HUGE choices and deals with a rocky situation with his gf. I liked all the jumping back and forth in time this time around, new characters introduced were likeable if not flawed, and the art is getting better and better.
Glad I still have plenty of more to read on this great run.

Love all the stuff with MJ and Peter. TINKER is the worst villain though.
Peter learns not everyone can be saves. Mysterio is back in town and a Goblin or two show up at the very end.
Hobgoblin vs Spidy/Green Goblin? Good times.
This is the freshest idea so far I've seen in a alien series in a long time. A special ops mission with androids on a alien invested planet? Uh yes please.
