Lackluster ending. None of the questions on if the husband really cheated or just like the idea of his wife sleeping with other men. The sex scenes still remain entertaining but get a little over the top, even more than normal. But even so this is smut. And for smut it's fun.

Take a little john wick, a little Taken, and a little breaking bad and mix it in a pot and you get this...in the best way possible.

After her daughter goes missing April decides to take matters into her own hands since the police are doing jack shit to find out what happened to her. So this is like a mystery thriller mixed with some home alone making your own traps type shit. Funny enough it reminds me a lot of Nobody, a movie that just came out, but with a soccer mom twist.

The art is solid but moody and sometimes a bit too dark. I also think the last issue wrapped up a bit too quick at times.

But besides those two things I REALLY enjoyed this. The dialogue was fast and fun, the pacing was near perfect, and the brutal deaths worked real well. Bad Mother is a great comic that works well for fans of thrillers and semi-ridiculous premises. Check it out! Awa rarely misses.

Killing Stalking is...a strange, weird, what the fuck did I just read but can't stop reading type of story.

So from the title you get a idea of what it is about. There's our main hero, Bum, who falls in love with a guy he sees on the train. So what's the next logical step for him? Get his phone number? Ask him out? Nah. Break into his house of course. When he does that he begins to masterbate and sniff the guys pillow/bed. Oh is this too much for you? Just wait.

Bum hears a noise, goes down to the basement, and is met with a naked girl strung up. He tries to free her like a decent person but then Sangwoo, the guy who's house Bum broke into, is behind him with a baseball bat. You now find out Sangwoo is actually a insane person, a serial killer, who is ready to chop chop chop anyone he wants. Except Bum begins to fall in love with Sangwoo...what the fuck do we have here ladies and gentlemen? It's Misery meets Hannibal with a gay twist!

Good: The art is pretty solid. Everyone has a distinct look and no one looks the same which is nice. The story gets more and more twisted as it goes on. The sex scenes are there, and they are in your face (no blowjob joke pun intended...okay maybe a little) but honestly they seem a core part of this story and not fanservice. There's also a charming feature with Sangwoo despite him being a crazy psycho killing machine. Kind of like Hannibal.

Bad: The shocking reactions are a bit overdone. Sometimes get four to five pages of the same face with little change, and same dialogue. This is a manga cliche I hate. I also think Bum is a really annoying character. I get there are weak people out there but holy shit man do something...

Overall it's dirty, nasty, scary, and yet it's really intriguing. I couldn't stop reading once I started and read all of season 1 (Which is chapters 1-19). Want something dark and twisted, yet erotic, and you don't mind some gay and straight sex mixed in? Try Killing Stalking! A 3.5 out of 5. I'll bump it to a 4.

So we get a bit more crewmembers. It's weird how slow paced the series is at times. This does feel like the "gathering" arc where we get the rest of the cast to flush everyone out. It's bit slow and cliché, but it works. What actually helps this series is the dynamic between all the characters are well done and funny.

As always good art, solid story, and while it's not blowing me away I am intrigued where we go next. A 3.5 out of 5.

This is more world building than character driven, and suffers for it.

The first volume did do world building, and it was enjoyable, but the story very much was about Val. This time we have a bigger cast, focus on the villain Bill, and the big "bad" of the series. So it had less feel of character interest, and more of grand plot. I personally think Snyder hits his mark higher when he focuses on character.

Still, this was solid. The art is great, the fights are fun, and Bill is a nice piece of shit to give us a reason to hate him. I just couldn't get into the rest of the characters and Val felt like almost a afterthought here.

A 3.5 out of 5.

Ayyyyyye my girl Hope shines like the star she is.

Big Kaiju fights, sinister being a sassy bitch, Hope being a badass. I'm not sure where we're going with all this but I'm now along for the ride.

A wedding, a new love born, and....the other relationship not doing much.

The wedding was nice in this volume since we didn't have it overblown. Simple, done, friends there, family there, everyone happy. Then onward to married life. I actually enjoyed the change, and the two who got married are adorbs. The new love happening here is probably the most interesting part, and the ending was super sweet and worked well. The other couple isn't going anywhere and I'll be honest if they break up I wouldn't be surprised

A 3.5 out of 5, I'll bump it to a 4.

UGH the two main characters in this are so cute. And it looks like Furi-San isn't the only one catching feelings now. Will love finally blossom into something more? I hope so. Filled with solid comedy, cute moments, and great characters this is the sleeper slice of life romance you should be reading.

Little slow but I did enjoy Vulcan's crazy ass get owned by Storm.

A decent issue. Really cool team up moment at the end but everything Is starting to feel rushed.
