Silly but cute. Basically this girl adopts a Emperor Penguin since it was chilling in her fridge. Mostly short adventures of this cute little guy being adorable, eating everything, and befriending the main girl and her family. Very quick, all in color, but fun read none the less.
Besides the first story, about them being on a airplane, and ending in a very dark and fucked up way, I didn't like the rest of this volume much. It was missing a certain something.
Really enjoyable volume.
So the first half is really focused on Hanako and Taro. They're having a bit of relationship issues. Hanako is deciding if she still feels the same spark she did at the start with Taro. However, Taro is kind of a clueless idiot at times and things get messy when she loses the neckless he gave her. Luckily this storyline ends on a super happy note.
The relationship with Nifuji and Momose seems a bit static and not sure if we're going to go much further.
Kou and Naoya's relationship is FUCKING ADORABLE and I need more of that right now.
A 4 out of 5.

This was really cute.
Sure the main kid is kind of over the top and flipping out at every little slip of the tongue. And wish we progressed a little with his mother saying she understands what her son is. But liked they're tackling the father angle of him saying things about gay lifestyle without realizing his own son is gay. Can really help make future storyline even more interesting. Overall will read more.

Fun and the opening with Kirkman was really cool but the rest? Feels kind of over the top and silly. Not sure how cates gonna wrap this one up.
This volume was FUNNY AS HELL.
So it opens with Iori and Chisa house sitting. But of course Iori learns that Chisa has a sexy picture of Azusa and Nanaka. So now all he can focus on is getting that picture even if he comes off even more creepy. We then have Iori's little sister come in which she's a fun character but it's Kohei creepy as fuck ways that make these scenes so funny. I know some people might find it way too creepy but the series outright says this dude is disgusting and not right...but it is funny as hell.
I need more.

This was still alot of fun and the second half was great but not sure about the new character.
So in this one a new girl very much like Hina comes along, named Anzu, who wants to fight Hina. It's a pretty fun encounter and having another physic power user is a neat idea. Once that happens we have a chapter focus on Anzu and her shitty life now. This chapter is frankly, not that interesting. I also didn't like the direction they went with Hina and Nitta, felt far to out of nowhere to the extreme amount.
Despite that, there are some REALLY funny moments with excellent comedy timing. So for that I def will read more, also art is pretty solid. A 3.5 out of 5.

The war of love rages on!
This time we get a lot more of Yu, who I'll be honest...is fucking hysterical.
Warning, there is some play on wanting to die and suicide here. So if those are triggers for you this manga might not work for you. But for me, knowing it's jokes, made me laugh a lot. Yu "I hate everything" view is funny to me. I also love Chika in here, and she continues to be a blast. Both Kaguya and Miyuki love for each other but refusing to say it goes on in the best ways.

I'm quickly losing interest in this series. Two of my favorite batgirls together but not a great plot to go with it...and the art is shifting to really great scenery to I can't tell what the hell is happening in a fight.
The end of a era.
This volume actually goes in a very different direction. Where's the anime, I remember the tournament at the end being WAY longer, which I think the author maybe was tired of repeating the same formula, or he was just tired of the manga and wanted to move on to hunter x hunter. Either way it did feel slightly rushed, and the art was a mixed bag at points, but the ending still hit me emotional and it was a nice goodbye to the gang. I believe a remake of this series could really flush out the ending in a positive way.
