The art change isn't as jarring as expected. But I do wish Clay was still on it. Still some gritty fights that worked well and intrigued of a few storyline but still confused where we're going.

The art is drastically worse IMO but least the story is heating up. That ending...fuck.

This was a decent tie in issue. I felt like I've been here a few times with the storyline beats. I did like the babs and dick chemistry but rest was just decent. Art was great though

A solid issue that moves ploy along, and a crazy ending that makes me feel bad for Psy but excited where we go to next.

There's been million Robin origin stories but Jeff Lemire really connects Robin to loss and grief while trying to be accepted by his new father Bruce. He handles it really well with great moody art that somehow is hopeful. One of my fave first issues in awhile.

After much success on Immortal Hulk, Ewing tries his hand at Venom. We also have Ram, another writer I've come to really like joining him to tackle Venom.

Without too much spoilers, Eddie's life changed a lot. He is now the King in Black, able to take over the symbiots from afar and find out what is happening in the universe. He goes far into space only to meet a mysterious and terrifying new foe. On the flip side we have Dylan who has fused with Venom trying his best to live his school life out but of course, it is never that simple.

A really fun and exciting way to begin the new run. While I think it feels a little disjointed at points the actual storyline is intriguing, lots of mystery, and solid art though I'll miss Ryan's art. But I am excited to see what else comes from this run from two strong writers.

A really brutal issue that moves super quick. The ending I was a bit surprised though should have guessed. This cult like town always has someone with a sinister plan.

Damn...sad issue. The team suffers the fallout of the actions of two of their teammates. So fractured the end is looking near for this team with only two issues left.

Sam is going crazy. Being isolated and stuck will do different things to people and watching how it effects the group is great.

This was really fucking weird, didn't understand what was happening half the time, but kind of loved it?

Basically these creatures, monsters, Kaiju as we call them begin to show up one day due to a virus. We have these Ultra Megas which are basically like Ultraman in a way and they are just regular people who can transform and fight back against the Kaiju. However, one day, something goes wrong and soon the world is transformed to a hellish place with Kaiju running it.

This is really weird. Ton of body horror, things just happen that are so sudden, yet you're intrigued the entire time. The art is fantastic with probably some of the best fight scenes I've ever seen in comic medium. The designs are wacky and fun as well, and can be really disgusting as well.

But yeah I wonder where this series will go. For a first one I really enjoyed it even if it left me confused at points. But overall if like Kaiju, disgusting body horror, and cool fights you might wanna check this out.
