Damn now I'm going to be in the same boat as everyone else. Sure volume 3 is out next month but then I'll be waiting 2-3 years for the 4th (and I assume final) volume.

Anyway, Ro is not having a good week. After something happens that puts her on watch again, she is trying to struggle between being a good friend, a good partner, and a good cop. On top of that the witches make their move and...well let's just say they aren't fucking around this time. Ro has to juggle alot this time but by the end I was 100% behind whatever Rucka has in store for our favorite witch here.

While not AS good as volume 1 it is still fantastic. The art really gives this series such a unique look and style. On top of that the story is interesting throughout and the last half is like "omg omg omg" panic the whole time. Where we go from here? I assume more sadness but I need it.

A 4.5 out of 5.

A extremely long manga that basically is just gambling and tricks.

Kaniji the main character is basically a piece of shit who does nothing in his life but cheat and steal. So when he's given the opportunity to make some big money on a boat gambling he of course takes it. Little does he know if he losses, some horrible stuff is going to happen.

I'll be honest sometimes I was really bored of this series. I liked the idea, and some of the tricks to cheating and winning are actually cool. But a lot of pages just waste a way of repeating the same "oh no we're going to lose..." thing over and over again. It felt extremely padded at times.

But overall if like gambling and more Mature rated manga series, it isn't too bad. A 3 out of 5.

We basically open to two islands trying to fuck. Fun times.

But this issue is actually really great. We get to see the council try and think of a way to unite the islands and bring in the other mutants to the fold. Some great confrontations, a cute moment with Doug, and exciting ending. This feels like the next step for the X-Men comic. Count me in! A 4 out of 5.

Hellions continues to be a freaking delight every issue.

Sinister makes his case that his poor team was wiped out even though he was the cause of it. Anyway, once we get past that funny little scene we get back to the team working together, and oh my, is it funny as hell. Watching them all argue, barely function, and then get into fights is a blast. There's a laugh out loud moment with Nanny and Sinister that had me cracking up. This is easily one of my favorite titles every month.

Another great issue for probably my favorite X-Men title right now.

This time Nanny gets to shine as she's not only strong but her mission is new. On top of that we get some great moments with Psylock and my boy losses "friends" again. It's just sad how shit this poor guys life really is.

Well worth reading as always. A 4 out of 5.

Dayum who the hell knew Shinra's brother was on some "Super Speed I'll Fuck Your Shit Up" power? Not me.

So Shinra does come face to face with his brother and it's not pretty. After a brutal beat down the crew has to recover. Everyone goes through a training arc because, well, you kind of need it. But what was nice is even though they gained a new member they for sure lost the last battle which made the training feel more than typical shonen training. The next arc begins here as they go into a super spooky place and the fights begin right away. Everyone this arc I have a feeling gets to shine as the fight fight was awesome.

SO yeah still digging Fire Force. It's light hearted, fun, action packed, and some really great moments between the characters. Is it my favorite manga or anime of all time? No. But for pure entertainment I'm having a blast. Hell, I like it more than Soul Eater. A 4 out of 5.

Been 3 years (almost 4) since I read Giant Days and I forgot how much fun this series was.

So our three girls are going through life after their first year of college. This volume does a lot to do with Esther, and that's okay, she's my favorite of the 3. And first off we deal with her running out on her own and trying not to use her parents money. You can imagine how that goes. Susie goes on a few dates here...too funny. Daisy story is the least interesting but when she's with the other two girls, and they go looking for houses, it's amazing.

Overall, just typical slice of life fun stuff happening here. Nothing amazing but fun throughout. A 4 out of 5.

From the creators of Death Note comes...another dark and edgy series! But this time with more boobs and death...well bloody deaths.

Mirai is just a dude who's ready to kill himself. Sounds simple enough. He goes to the top of a building, jumps, and is then saved by a angel. This angel gives him wings and arrows and lets him know he can use these different type of arrows to help him live a happier life. So when he uses a red arrow, which makes the person love him (for 33 days) on his aunt to find out the truth of what happen to his parents all hell breaks loose. Soon after Mirai is told by his angel that there are 13 people on earth who are candidates for being "god" and these 13 angels, her being one of them, were sent down to find the best suited by giving them these powers.

This is pretty dark series. Right away it starts off kind of simple and clean by as we get into why these angels are here, their motivations, and view points on life it all starts to make sense of what their true intentions are. This series is far more graphic than their previous work, showing bloodier deaths and lots of ass and boobs this time around. While a bit of a shock it does flow with the story. The characters haven't grown on me yet, and Mirai seems like a Light type character who hasn't gone fully bad. The ending is a huge cliffhanger and I am interested to see where we go from here.

A 3.5 out of 5.

A decent opening for Tim. Get bit on what happen to the rest of the bat family and seeing Stephanie all suited up again was dope. But the plot itself was typical fight against the baddies. Nothing mindblowing and art was decent but not great.

A fairly average teen titans book. Little more depressing than I would have liked. However the end sets up some interesting events for the future.
