I was excited to read this because I enjoyed The Kiss Countdown. This one didn't hit the same. I made it to 31%. It was not holding my attention, and I wasn't connecting with the main characters. I was more interested in if they'd win the Mars simulation contest than the love story. 

This story did not draw me in like I thought it would. I gave it until chapter 6 (24% read) and then decided it was not for me. There wasn't any exciting chemistry or story line taking place to keep me interested.

It doesn't seem like a 2nd book was needed. No depth to the relationship or characters.
