This took me a while to read, not because of its contents but of the lack of time I had.
Some parts may have been long and tedious for my taste, as I'm often inpatient, however others were lovely!
Im a big sucker for romance and Eliza and Darcy are just as sweet as tea, then again Jane and Bingely are as well. The choices the choices!
The characters were brilliant, ranging from the passive mr Bennett to the high strung ad theatrical mrs Bennett, to the pride and prejudice, it was an excellent read.

This so far has been my favourite classic yet, it had a good pace story which I know because of various retellings but I had more to it. It created depth that the shows and movies couldn't, gave them full emotions that I loved about it! And the language used was easy to understand unlike HG Wells or Bram Stoker.
I loved it because its Peter Pan and how could you not

It was hard getting back into the swing of the plot since its been around a year since I read the last one, but once I did it got easier to follow. The thing with this series is that some bits are slow and some are fast paced, you just have to read for the fast paced because they're good.

First read in August 2016 for preparation for a level English course and now reading it again as a class

Gotta love Michone really

It would've been 3 stars if it wasn't for the 'couldn't put it down' quality 😂😂 the story was well done but some areas could've been better. But I thoroughly enjoyed it! And can't wait to move onto the next one!

I thoroughly enjoyed this, even though it was just introducing characters and plot lines.
Rice creates a world easily with interesting characters even when not a lot happens. When I finish my (very large) tbr I will be continuing this series 😁😁

My heart aches for Rose when she reads that tape. Because when she hears what he said, she will know that there was no good in him - and if there is a child she will carry the evil within Pinkie. It’s achingly beautiful.

It's amazing how he stories of three highly talented orphans can make fr such interesting, captivating and not to mention educating reading! If you want a happy story, where they love 'Happily ever after', this isn't the book for you.The series continues with such unfortunate events! Such a brilliantly written book by Lemony Snickett. If your looking for a great, easy read, then this is the book for you

2018, I didn’t realise how graphic the book was, about Montgomery’s death and how Olaf wanted to kill the orphans. Just wow. Supposed to be a kids book as well.

I really enjoyed how Riordan incorporates Greek myths, such as the labyrinth, and Icarus into the story. I’m able to learn a bit about the myths I’ve heard so much about while immersing myself into Percy Jackson’s world.
The first quarter of the book was a bit slow for me but it picked up towards the end, and didn’t rapidly conclude like a lot of books
