Good book - nice message of a beached whale and what to do. Though for preschool, I find this is a bit long for a group story session. Maybe smaller groups might be good

I well and truly love Valkryie and Skullduggery's relationship. The soft 'thank you for saving me' absolutely got me.

I don't remember much of Darquesse's story line, I think maybe it's her reflection but I'm gonna have to continue reading to find out!

I can't believe Landy ended it like that. I literally laughed out loud I was so relieved

Summary - 3/4 of the book was build up, the last 1/4 was bloody brilliant!
I wish rhe brilliance was all throughout but i feel this book is a set up for the next one, which I hope will have more main action.
I DID NOT see Lesley's betrayal coming - that got me good! She did seem a bit non chalent during the stakeout and now it all makes sense!
I'll definitely be giving his next ones a read, hopefully more action packed.
