As someone with severe panic attack disorder and mild OCD, this book ripped my heart out and washed it clean. I was weeping at the end from the feeling of being understood. It’s not some big twist or tragedy, it’s just real. It’s like someone found a diary of my feelings and just filled in their own experiences.
