I knew damn well they Jeff wouldn't commit to it but I was seriously hoping the family would move, bringing some freshness to the story but oh well. The story was otherwise told in the usual fun way.

Extra volume prequel+epilogue in one. Wasn't particularly necessary but also didn't mind it. I wish Nakahara showed some more progression in Koizumi&Ootani's relationship, it felt way too similar to the way they acted before they even got together. Ah well, it was cute tho.

Possibly my least favourite volume, the steam was kinda gone at this point. No overarching plot, more like short stories. The Seiko one particularly annoyed me, - her entire character depiction is very conflicting, - I tried real hard to write it off as a product of its time. Even the jokes were rather scarce and didn't quite make up for the lack of interesting plot. Love this series to bits - but boy, did some parts age poorly...
